A mix of sites and clones, our Ninch Pinot has been made as a fun, easy and approachable style of Peninsula Pinot.

All destemmed and fermented wild on skins for 12-18 days, aged in a mix of stainless steel and old barrique barrels for 6 months. Bright red fruit, juicy and playful. A good one to chill in summer too!

Unfined, unfiltered while using low amounts of sulphur.

Made for a good time, not a long time.
